Physical Therapist Clinic Director
About The Position
BenchMark, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a Clinic Director for an Outpatient Ortho clinic. This leadership role involves advancing your career while providing exceptional patient care. The Clinic Director will be responsible for developing clinicians, elevating patient outcomes, and fostering a positive, high-performing clinic culture. Upstream Rehabilitation offers the support of a national network, handling administrative tasks to allow focus on patients and team. With over 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners, the company leverages data, technology, and innovative tools to support leaders and clinicians in a collaborative community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Passion for developing others required

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
