About The Position

Peake Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Director to lead and grow our Timonium clinic. This is a salaried leadership position for a clinician ready to build momentum, develop a team, and drive measurable clinic growth while continuing to practice at a high clinical level. Timonium has strong community demand, established referral relationships, and clear expansion potential. Position Snapshot Role: Clinic Director (Full-Time) Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics + Specialty Programming Care Model: 1:1 patient care Leadership Scope: Team development, referral growth, clinic performance Location: Timonium, MD Experience Level: 3+ years preferred; leadership experience valued As Clinic Director, you will serve as the primary clinical leader of the Timonium location. This role blends high-level patient care with leadership responsibility and strategic growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-lead opportunity. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership initiative (formal or informal)
  • Strong interest in mentoring and developing clinicians
  • Comfortable owning outcomes and performance metrics
  • Energized by building systems and driving measurable growth
