About The Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to oversee an outpatient clinic in Broomfield, CO. This role combines direct patient treatment with leadership responsibilities across staff support, clinic operations, and performance. You will help set the tone for the clinic, keep systems on track, and ensure patients receive focused, consistent care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one before start
• Previous experience as a Staff PT in an outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Strong understanding of outpatient workflows, documentation, and compliance
• Clear communication and team leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and treatment sessions
• Manage clinic operations and support daily efficiency
• Lead and mentor therapists and support staff
• Monitor patient care standards and clinic procedures
• Assist with staff training and performance support
• Review schedules and help maintain a balanced workflow
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Address clinic issues promptly and professionally
• Work toward patient satisfaction and clinic growth goals
