About The Position

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Clinic Director for an outpatient clinic in Broomfield, CO. This role is ideal for a licensed PT who is ready to combine patient care with clinic leadership. You will treat patients, guide staff, support daily operations, and help maintain a steady, well-run clinic environment. This position plays a key part in both clinical outcomes and team performance.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one before start
• Previous experience as a Staff PT in an outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Strong understanding of outpatient workflows, documentation, and compliance
• Clear communication and team leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
• Oversee the day-to-day flow of the outpatient clinic
• Supervise and support clinical staff
• Help maintain scheduling efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Monitor documentation quality and ensure timely completion
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development as needed
• Track clinic goals, performance, and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations
• Communicate with patients, providers, and team members to support continuity of care
