Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
Proven experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
