About The Position

At Integrative Therapies (iT), we believe in solutions and support beyond those offered by most “corporate gym” Physical Therapy clinics. We’ve built a unique, 1-on-1 model that pushes back against the high-volume mentality in favor of deeper, therapeutic relationships. Now, we are looking for a Clinic Director to help lead our Greensboro office—our flagship location with a 25-year history. As the Clinic Director, you aren’t just managing your own patient schedule, you will provide leadership and implement strategy for a diverse team of "A-players," including: Why Lead at Integrative Therapies? The Integrative Model: You will oversee a scope of care that connects where others generally miss. You’ll ensure our PT-driven practice seamlessly connects patients to the mental, nutritional, and personal training support they need for long-term health. 100% PT-Owned & Local: We are not a corporate chain. You will report directly to the owner (a DPT/MBA/OCS) and have a real seat at the table in a growing, values-based practice. Autonomy & Growth: This is a "Year of Smart Growth" for iT. You will have the opportunity to refine processes, mentor staff through quarterly 1-on-1s, and impact our "Big 5" strategic goals for 2026 using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Requirements

  • A NC Licensed Physical Therapist (2+ years or proven managerial experience) with a natural talent for mentoring and team building.
  • You understand that a patient’s recovery is often tied to nutrition and mental health, in addition to movement.
  • You are a self-starter with a bias for action. You excel at building systems and teams and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • You enjoy puzzle solving (e.g., optimizing clinic capacity balancing a 1-1 care model), are resilient in the face of challenges and prefer a collaborative, "humbly confident" approach to leadership.
