About The Position

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Foster community relationships and connections to help grow the clinic's patient base. Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff. Work closely with our leadership team on clinical goals, performance, and growth strategies. Track, measure, evaluate, and report on progress towards achieving targets while adjusting strategy as needed. Be responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with site team and leadership. Ensure that all improvements and changes with patients are aligned with their overall rehabilitation expectations and goals. Assist in the onboarding and orientation of all new clinical staff to ensure that quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

At least 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current state of Texas license or ability to obtain Texas license and CPR certification.
Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
Possesses basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Database software, and MS Office.
Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, patient-focused clinical environment.
