About The Position

Sanford Health is one of the largest and fastest-growing not-for-profit health systems in the United States. We’re proud to offer many development and advancement opportunities to our nearly 50,000 members of the Sanford Family who are dedicated to the work of health and healing across our broad footprint. At Black Hills Orthopedic and Black Hills Surgical Hospital, we’ve built a reputation as the region’s premier destination for orthopedic care. Our physical therapy department offers a collaborative and supportive environment where experienced therapists share their expertise and help each other succeed. New team members benefit from a strong onboarding and mentorship program, as well as an excellent continuing education program. We’re passionate about learning and growth—our clinic frequently hosts physical therapy students and provides opportunities for therapists to pursue specialization tracks. Located in a vibrant western South Dakota community, our therapists enjoy a diverse caseload, from sports and orthopedic rehab to a wide range of impairments, while working closely with physicians and APPs to deliver exceptional patient care.
