Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited LPTA program
- LPTA in State of Texas
- Current CPR Certification
- TX Driver's License
- Input data into computer programs
- Familiar with rehabilitation equipment

- 1 year preferrted but not required.
