About The Position

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide physical therapy services in a team environment, primarily in the outpatient setting, across a wide variety of diagnoses. The focus will be on 1:1 patient care, ensuring an excellent patient experience and work environment. The role requires the ability to work closely with the evaluating therapist to provide consistent, high-quality, and individualized care. The primary location will be the Warsaw outpatient clinic, but the candidate should be willing to work in all GVMH Therapy Clinics, including Clinton, Osceola, Windsor, and Warsaw, to meet team and patient needs.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license through the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts or graduation from an accredited physical therapy assistant program by June 1, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapist in the delivery of care consistent with the established PT plan of care.
• Provide 1:1 patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Adapt to working in various GVMH Therapy Clinics as needed.
