Position Details Schedule: Monday–Friday Weekend Requirement: One weekend day per month Holiday Rotation: One major and one minor holiday per year Benefits: Full-time position with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package What to Expect You’ll be part of a large, collaborative rehab team in a fast-paced hospital setting. Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses, with a common mix of orthopedic, neurological, and critical care cases. We’re looking for PTAs with at least one year of acute care experience , but we’re also open to new graduates who have completed strong clinical rotations in acute settings. Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTE
  • Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Maryland
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
  • Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence
  • Experience with documentation utilizing EMR

Nice To Haves

  • PTAs with at least one year of acute care experience
  • New graduates who have completed strong clinical rotations in acute settings

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality physical therapy services according to treatment plans for patients
  • Document progress toward identified objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
  • Participate in a positive work environment to promote teamwork and communication
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
