About The Position
We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient physical therapy practice in Hillsborough, NJ. This role offers a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, 1 patient per hour, and a salary of $70K–$80K/year DOE plus full benefits. Summary You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and progress through their treatment plans in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through exercises and therapy activities
- Monitor patient progress during sessions
- Document treatments and report updates
- Help keep the treatment area organized
