About The Position
Physical Therapist Assistant We’re looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient clinic in Manville, NJ. This position offers a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday schedule, treating 1 patient per hour. Compensation is $70K–$80K per year DOE, plus benefits. Job Overview As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide hands-on patient care, assisting with the execution of treatment plans and guiding patients through rehabilitation activities in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey PTA license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing therapy treatments and rehabilitation exercises
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Observe patient performance and report progress or changes
- Ensure the therapy environment is well-prepared and organized
- Communicate updates and feedback to the Physical Therapist
