As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will deliver skilled therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence in a familiar environment. The role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to plan and manage your own daily schedule without hospital shifts or grueling 12-hour rotations, focusing on patient-centered care. The company utilizes technology like WellSky (Kinnser) alongside AI-assisted charting and dictation tools for streamlined documentation. Compensation is based on a Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) model with eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses. Concierge Home Care invests in professional success through a Preceptorship Program, mentorship, and clear career advancement pathways.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (Required).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (Required).

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Implement Care: Provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Follow Treatment Plans: Execute individualized plans based on the PT’s initial evaluation.
  • Educate: Teach patients and caregivers specific exercises and safety techniques to support recovery.
  • Collaborate: Communicate patient progress and updates effectively to the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Document: Use AI-assisted tools to ensure accurate and timely clinical charting.
