About The Position
Physical Therapy Assistant – Full-Time (Bilingual Preferred) We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private physical therapy outpatient practice. This full-time position focuses on helping patients improve strength, mobility, and daily function through guided treatment sessions. Spanish speaking is required for this role. Location: Sunrise, FL Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus benefits Responsibilities: Support the Physical Therapist in carrying out rehabilitation plans Guide patients in exercises and treatments Monitor patient progress and assist with modifications as needed Record treatment details in the patient’s medical file Offer clear communication with Spanish-speaking patients Requirements PTA degree from an accredited program Active PTA license in Florida Spanish-speaking required Previous outpatient experience is a plus Benefits PTO Health Insurance 401K with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your PTA career with a supportive team and steady work environment.
