About The Position

We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to help deliver high-quality therapy care in Fort Collins. In this position, you will work directly with patients as they recover from injury, surgery, or physical strain. Your role will include assisting with exercises, tracking progress, and supporting the Physical Therapist with daily treatment execution. The work is hands-on, patient-centered, and grounded in clear clinical routines.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Colorado PTA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Support patients through exercise programs and treatment activities
• Watch for changes in tolerance, pain, mobility, and overall response
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising therapist
• Maintain accurate notes for each treatment session
