Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Minnesota (or in final stages of licensure)
New graduates welcome
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Passion for delivering high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required)
Vestibular experience or interest is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
