About The Position
We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private outpatient practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, one-on-one environment. Your role will be pivotal in assisting patients with rehabilitation, improving their mobility, and guiding them to recovery. Spanish-speaking is a must for this position. Location: Lauderhill, FL Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year DOE plus benefits
Requirements
- PTA degree from an accredited program
- Active PTA license in Florida
- Spanish-speaking required
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of treatment plans under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
- Help patients with exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Track patient progress and report findings
- Provide instruction and support in both English and Spanish
- Maintain organized patient documentation and records
