Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in North Carolina (or in final stages of licensure)
• Open to full-time or part-time schedules
• New graduates welcome
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required)
• Vestibular experience or interest is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Carry out established plans of care and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
