About The Position
We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private physical therapy outpatient practice in Sunrise, FL. This full-time position focuses on helping patients improve strength, mobility, and daily function through guided treatment sessions. Spanish speaking is required for this role. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Carry out PT-directed treatment plans
- Assist patients with exercise programs
- Observe and report patient progress
- Maintain timely treatment notes
- Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients
