Requirements

Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening

Responsibilities

Provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Execute individualized treatment plans based on the PT’s initial evaluation
Teach patients and caregivers specific exercises and safety techniques to support recovery
Communicate patient progress and updates effectively to the interdisciplinary care team
Use AI-assisted tools to ensure accurate and timely clinical charting
