Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Goshen Healthcare Community, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in Torrington, Wyoming. If you are interested in a full-time position, you got it! We have other nearby facilities where you can treat, to get full-time hours! Requirements
- Current Wyoming PTA license in good standing
- Associate degree from an accredited program
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- A genuine passion for working with the geriatric population
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility and independence
- Assist with transfer training and functional movement
- Work with patients across a range of clinical complexities
- Collaborate with a supportive therapy team focused on patient-centered care
