Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team serving Everett Transitional Care Services and Bethany at Pacific in Everett. Both programs are located in the same building, allowing therapists to work with patients across short-term transitional rehabilitation and skilled nursing care without traveling between facilities. In this role, you'll help patients recovering from hospitalization, illness, or injury rebuild strength, balance, and confidence so they can safely return to daily activities. Whether you're an experienced PTA or a new graduate looking for mentorship, you'll find strong support and a collaborative rehab team here. As a PTA, you'll work closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to deliver hands-on therapy that helps patients regain functional mobility. You'll treat a medically complex geriatric population across both the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) and Skilled Nursing setting, focusing on meaningful recovery goals. Many of the patients you'll treat are working toward returning home, making your work especially meaningful. Independence Rehab is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company, and that perspective shapes how we run our therapy programs. We prioritize strong clinical support, manageable workloads, and an environment where therapists can focus on patient care.
