Three Rivers Care is expanding services and growing our therapy team to support increasing census and clinical demand. As part of the Caldera Care family, we are known for our commitment to our staff and the local communities we serve. Requirements
- Compassion for residents
- Forward Thinking
- Effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that can motivate patients
- Must have a valid Washington PTA credentials that is in good standing
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses
- Devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders
- Help resident restore their physical function and mobility
