About The Position
The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans in an outpatient setting. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, this role provides direct patient care with an emphasis on therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, and treatment progression. The position also includes observing patient response, communicating updates to the supervising therapist, and ensuring documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active New Jersey PTA license
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
