Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Passion for patient-centered, hands-on care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, growth-minded professional who thrives in a supportive, dynamic clinic
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in providing individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries and improve mobility
- Work hands-on with patients using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional movement techniques
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Document progress accurately and collaborate with the PT team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Contribute to a positive and engaging clinic culture where patient success is the priority
