About The Position
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice. This full-time role focuses on helping patients move better, recover safely, and stay consistent with their treatment plans. You’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist in a one-on-one setting, and Spanish speaking is required to support patient communication. The role is located in Plantation, FL, with a schedule of M-F, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and a patient volume of 1 patient per hour.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required

- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehab activities
- Watch patient progress and share updates with the PT
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients
