Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida (or in final stages of licensure)
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Team player who values collaboration
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Positive attitude and loves to have fun while delivering great care
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient ortho, neuro, or balance experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under a PT plan of care
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients on exercises and strategies for long-term success
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-focused clinic staff
- Help patients improve mobility, balance, and overall quality of life
