About The Position

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a private outpatient clinic. This position plays an important part in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through structured treatment sessions. You will work directly with patients throughout the day, helping them complete exercises, stay engaged in their care plans, and move forward in recovery. The clinic’s one-patient-per-hour model gives you the time to stay focused, organized, and present with each case.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
Active Washington PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to follow a Physical Therapist’s plan of care accurately
Organized, professional, and comfortable working in a private outpatient setting

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional tasks
Track patient progress during sessions and share updates with the therapist
Help patients complete treatments safely and correctly
Document patient visits clearly and on schedule
Maintain treatment supplies, equipment, and overall clinic readiness
Contribute to a respectful and efficient work environment
