About The Position
A private physical therapy outpatient practice is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position. This role is centered on patient progress, consistent care, and helping individuals follow through with rehab plans designed by the Physical Therapist. Spanish speaking ability is required for this opportunity. Location: Davie, FL Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits Bring your clinical skills to a role where patient connection and clear communication matter.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Spanish speaking required
Responsibilities
- Provide PTA support during scheduled treatment sessions
- Help patients complete exercises safely and effectively
- Monitor progress toward therapy goals
- Document treatments and patient performance
- Communicate instructions in Spanish as needed
