About The Position
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice. This full-time role focuses on helping patients move better, recover safely, and stay consistent with their treatment plans. You’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist in a one-on-one setting, and Spanish speaking is required to support patient communication. Location: Plantation, FL Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehab activities
- Watch patient progress and share updates with the PT
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients
