About The Position

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a private physical therapy office in Normandy Park, WA near Seattle. In this role, you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and move forward in their recovery plans. This position is ideal for someone who values steady patient flow, quality care, and the ability to give each patient the attention they need during treatment sessions.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
Active Washington PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to follow a Physical Therapist’s plan of care accurately
Organized, professional, and comfortable working in a private outpatient setting

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement activities
Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist
Assist with stretching, strengthening, balance work, and mobility training
Document patient visits accurately and on time
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
Provide clear instruction and support to patients during each visit
