Requirements

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
  • Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
