We are growing and we need a new Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team! We are looking to fill both full time and/or part time positions. New Grads Welcome! Additional services have been developed, with the support of Balance Solutions, by individual therapists with a passion to provide these services and advance their careers. Our therapists make use of a variety of techniques including McKenzie, Mulligan, Maitland, Barnes, Paris, Herdman and more to achieve the best clinical outcomes for our patients. Our services include; orthopedic & neurological physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, massage therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy, dry needling, deep tissue laser therapy, Pilates reformer, TRX and more! Be a Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to all patients
Keep accurate treatment notes and patient records (using Stride PT software and AI comprehend)!
Work with physical therapists and massage therapists where patients are co-managed
Give and receive support to and from your team members
Embody the professionalism of the post and be a role model for your team members
Achieve and be accountable for your clinical and non-clinical goals/targets as agreed by practitioner and management
