About The Position
We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private physical therapy outpatient practice. This full-time position focuses on helping patients improve strength, mobility, and daily function through guided treatment sessions. Spanish speaking is required for this role.
Requirements
- PTA degree from an accredited program
- Active PTA license in Florida
- Spanish-speaking required
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the Physical Therapist in carrying out rehabilitation plans
- Guide patients in exercises and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and assist with modifications as needed
- Record treatment details in the patient’s medical file
- Offer clear communication with Spanish-speaking patients
