Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active Maine PTA license (or license-eligible)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, team-focused, and patient-centered
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists with outpatient orthopedic patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatment techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress
- Communicate clearly with supervising PTs regarding treatment plans
- Support daily clinic flow and patient handling
