YOUR ROLE AS A HOME HEALTH PTA

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will deliver skilled therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence in a familiar environment.

Requirements

• License: Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (Required).
• Travel: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (Required).

Nice To Haves

• Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement Care: Provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Follow Treatment Plans: Execute individualized plans based on the PT’s initial evaluation.
• Educate: Teach patients and caregivers specific exercises and safety techniques to support recovery.
• Collaborate: Communicate patient progress and updates effectively to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document: Use AI-assisted tools to ensure accurate and timely clinical charting.
