This position is based in Panama City, FL, serving patients in Bay County and surrounding areas.

Your role as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

As a Home Health PTA, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering hands-on therapeutic care following the evaluation of a supervising Physical Therapist
Collaborating with patients, caregivers, and a supportive clinical team to deliver exceptional care.
Utilize AI-assisted documentation and charting tools to support timely, accurate note completion and faster turnaround times. We utilize WellSky as our EMR platform and provide AI technology for timely, accurate charting completion. Many clinicians are able to see several more patients per day, due to the ease in charting. Our technology-forward approach allows you to spend more quality time with patients and less time charting, supporting better work-life balance.

Requirements

• Unincumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation (required)

Nice To Haves

• Home health care experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
