About The Position
A private outpatient clinic is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position. You’ll play a key role in helping patients stay consistent with their rehab plans while working in a structured, supportive environment. Spanish-speaking ability is required.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with therapy sessions under PT supervision
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises
- Observe patient progress and report findings
- Keep documentation organized and up to date
- Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients
