Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Valid PTA license in Florida
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
Consistent professional conduct with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of office software packages.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assist Providers in implementing treatment plans for patients.
Guide patients through exercises and therapies designed to improve mobility and function.
Monitor patient progress.
Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and continued care.
Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress.
Ensure a safe and positive environment for patient recovery.
