About The Position

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Georgia (or eligible)
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic care
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong clinic culture

Nice To Haves

• Experience with vestibular, balance, or pelvic health is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Provide hands-on support to ensure safe and effective treatment sessions
• Build strong relationships with patients and support their progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Help create a positive and welcoming clinic environment
• Educate patients on exercises and wellness strategies
