About The Position

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at PhysioCare, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment in a one-on-one setting. You'll support patients through every stage of their recovery, helping them improve strength, mobility, and confidence while working toward goals that matter to them. Our model allows you the time and support to focus on quality care, clear communication, and meaningful progress.
You'll treat a diverse outpatient population and play an essential role in maintaining continuity of care, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience. Beyond technical skills, you'll serve as a motivator and advocate, helping patients feel supported and empowered throughout their rehab journey.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State (or interim permit)
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Reliability, compassion, and a desire to make a difference
