FYZICALⓇ Therapy & Balance Centers – East Fort Myers, FL is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient clinical team. We provide expert care in balance, vestibular, neuro, and orthopedics, serving patients across Fort Myers, East Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Alva, Buckingham, Tice, Gateway, North Fort Myers, and Cape Coral. Requirements
- Active Florida PTA license (or eligibility)
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong interest in balance, vestibular, neuro, and orthopedic
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Open to new graduates and experienced PTAs
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care for outpatient physical therapy patients
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery, and safety
- Document all treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to a team-oriented, patient-centered environment
