About The Position
The position is for a Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist Assistant in a private outpatient setting. It is a full-time role with a consistent weekday schedule, allowing the assistant to work closely with patients to improve movement, function, and confidence throughout treatment. The location is Sunrise, FL, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and a patient volume of 1 patient per hour. The salary range is $65,000-$75,000/year DOE, plus full benefits.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required

Responsibilities
- Support the Physical Therapist with patient treatment plans
- Instruct patients through therapy exercises and movement drills
- Track patient response and report progress
- Maintain clear and accurate treatment records
- Help Spanish-speaking patients understand care instructions
