How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments based on established plans of care to help patients regain their mobility and independence. Adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the specific physical and emotional needs of each patient, ensuring every session is safe and effective. Document every step of the patient care journey to ensure the medical team has an accurate, high-quality record of progress and outcomes. Collaborate with the broader clinical team by mentoring students and coordinating with support staff to maintain a seamless, high-standard environment for recovery. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Physical Therapist Assistant temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
