About The Position
Physical Therapist Assistant | Full-Time We’re hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice in Raritan, NJ. This full-time opportunity includes a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday schedule, 1 patient an hour, and $70K–$80K/year DOE plus full benefits. Summary This role focuses on helping patients move through their physical therapy program safely and effectively by providing direct treatment under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Support treatment sessions for outpatient patients
- Instruct patients through therapy exercises
- Monitor patient tolerance and participation
- Record treatment notes and progress
- Communicate updates to the Physical Therapist
