About The Position

All Star Physical Therapy in Hemet, CA is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. The position utilizes new AI documentation software, which reportedly cuts documentation time by 90%, allowing more time for patient treatment. Full-time PTAs receive daily productivity bonuses, which often add up to around $1200/month of extra income. Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
• Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise Instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program
• Observe patients during treatments and reports observations to Physical Therapist
• Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
