About The Position
We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient physical therapy practice in Plantation, FL. This role involves working closely with the Physical Therapist to help patients follow treatment plans, complete exercises, and improve mobility and function. Spanish speaking is required. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $65K to $75K/year DOE plus full benefits
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with treatment plans under PT supervision
- Guide patients through exercises and mobility work
- Track patient progress and report updates
- Complete accurate documentation
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients
