About The Position
We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient setting. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to work closely with patients as they improve movement, function, and confidence throughout treatment. Location: Sunrise, FL Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year DOE plus full benefits Bring your clinical skills to a role where patient connection and clear communication matter.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the Physical Therapist with patient treatment plans
- Instruct patients through therapy exercises and movement drills
- Track patient response and report progress
- Maintain clear and accurate treatment records
- Help Spanish-speaking patients understand care instructions
