About The Position

We’re hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Hillsborough, NJ. This role offers a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with 1 patient per hour. The salary range is $70K–$80K per year DOE, plus full benefits.
Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist in implementing physical therapy treatments and contribute to the rehabilitation of patients in an outpatient setting. You will work closely with a licensed Physical Therapist to ensure that patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey PTA license
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities
• Document treatment sessions and monitor patient progress
• Communicate patient updates to the Physical Therapist
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas
